Class Description
Not every dream is random.
For thousands of years, dreams have been viewed as messages from the unconscious, divine encounters, warnings, healing experiences, and symbolic stories waiting to be understood.
In this immersive nighttime class, we'll explore the history of dreams across ancient civilizations, psychological perspectives, spiritual traditions, biblical narratives, and symbolic interpretation. You'll learn how to move beyond dream dictionaries and begin recognizing the patterns and personal symbolism within your own dreams.
Whether you've dreamed of ancestors, recurring places, strange animals, falling, flying, or conversations that felt more real than waking life, this class will give you tools to examine those experiences thoughtfully and intentionally.

Dress Code
Wear black, navy, silver, or white pajamas, robes, or comfortable evening clothing if you'd like to join the atmosphere.
Bring your favorite blanket, herbal tea, and prepare to enter the world of dreams.
Closing Experience
End the class by dimming the lights and leading a short guided visualization, inviting students to set a clear intention for their dreams before they leave. Encourage everyone to go straight to bed afterward—avoiding TV and social media—so they can begin their dream journal while the experience is fresh.
This transforms the evening from a lecture into an experience, where the class itself becomes the first step in each student's dreamwork practice.
